Patrick Redmond is an Associate Member of AEM, Art Educators of Minnesota, and of NAEA, National Art Education Association. He is a member of NAEA's Design Issues Group [DIG]. 2016 Minnesota Scholastic Art Awards award ceremonies Keynote Speeches. The "Entrepreneurship" course, taught by Assistant Professor John C. Cerrito, is offered through the Department of Business Administration. Patrick Redmond coined the terms "Designer As Entrepreneur"TM and "Designers As Entrepreneurs"TM at the International Design Conference, Aspen, Colorado, in 1977. MCAD "Feed Your Future" Alumni Mentor Lunch Series. Patrick Redmond was the featured MCAD Alumni Mentor January 26, 2015 for the first session of the 2015 MCAD "Feed Your Future" Alumni Mentor Lunch Series at MCAD, the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. According to MCAD, "the Feed Your Future lunch series is a tremendous opportunity for students to come together in a small-group setting and ask questions of MCAD alumni about their journey into the world after leaving MCAD.
